The 72nd Annual Payson Salmon Supper is one of Utah County's most beloved summer traditions — and for good reason! Since 1954, this iconic community event has brought neighbors together for an unforgettable evening of great food, live entertainment, and small-town charm.
Join us Friday, August 7 from 4:00–8:00 PM at Payson City Memorial Park for a full plate of fresh salmon grilled over dried fruit wood fires, served with a baked potato, corn on the cob, salad, roll, and a cookie — all for just $25 per plate. Browse souvenirs and enjoy live entertainment throughout the evening!
